The tiger wallows in the bright sunshine

Flicking his ear to heed off unwanted flies

The fluffy baby owl screeches at onlookers

Unknowingly posing for the odd photograph

The cuddly brown bear lazing

In the pool of murky water

Shaking his head

Whilst enjoying the coolness of the moment

The wolf pack sunbath

Relaxing on a sunny march afternoon

All that is missing from this scene

Is the DO NOT DISTURB sign

Attached to their cage

The ostrich struts his stuff

Head bobbing up and down

As if listening to the beat

Of some invisible Ipod!

The raccoon playfully teases

The person at the other end of the camera

Now you see me

Now you don't!

At me to be heard

Ants

The clouds in the sky

Are grey in mood

No blinding rays of sunshine

Peep through and smile upon us

Crows squawk and sigh

Circling in search of unwanted scraps

Black ants below scurrying with their umbrellas

Brace themselves for the impending down pour

God and his army of angels

Gaze with amazement from above

At all the black ants scurrying

Living their complicated lives

They come in all shapes and sizes

Drifting gracefully in the air

With a variety of patterns

All without a single care

They are not fussy where they land

Your eyelashes coat or nose

Pretty snow flakes in the air

Forty Six years ago today

You pledged your love for each other

You looked into each others eyes and said "I Do"

For you both there could be no other!

Three lovely children later

And one gorgeous grandson

You are both still happy together

Going on exotic holidays and having lots of fun

You both deserve much happiness

You are the best parents in the universe

Bedazzled, dazed, amazed

In awe of the sparkling gems on show

The tunnel of encrusted jewels

Shows you the path to go

The tunnel of jewels has no rules

Feast your eyes upon It's delights

Must have those gems
